Ferric sulfate (Fe₂(SO₄)₃) is a yellowish-brown solid or solution used as a coagulant and oxidizing agent. It exhibits strong acidity and high solubility in water.
Iron(III) Sulfate
Used in water and wastewater treatment for phosphorus removal and turbidity control. Also employed in pigment, etching, and dye processes.
Corrosive; avoid contact with metals, bases, and organic materials. Handle using acid-resistant gloves and goggles.
