Where we produce
SoleChem runs two production sites in Türkiye. The Çayırova plant in the TOSB automotive industrial zone near Istanbul handles specialty and small-lot production close to our headquarters and main warehouse. The Alaplı plant in Zonguldak on the Black Sea coast is set up for larger volumes and continuous processes.

How we produce
Both sites run batch reactors for specialty chemistry and continuous lines for high-volume products. Raw materials are qualified on receipt, every batch is tested in-process and at release, and each lot ships with a certificate of analysis. The quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; food-grade production and handling fall under ISO 22000:2018, and feed ingredients under GMP+ FSA. Waste streams and energy use are managed under the same system and reported to the site authorities.

You supply the raw materials and keep ownership of the formulation; we process them in our reactors and deliver finished product to your specification.
Contract manufacturing
End-to-end production under your brand or ours: we source the raw materials, manufacture, test and ship the finished product.
Custom formulation
Our technical team develops or adapts a formulation for your application, from lab sample to pilot batch to regular production.
Blending and masterbatch
Liquid and solid blends, premixes and masterbatches prepared to a fixed recipe with in-process control on every batch.
From specification to regular supply
- 1Specification
You send the target specification, volume and packaging; we confirm feasibility and the plant that will run it.
- 2Sample
A lab or pilot sample is produced and shipped with its analysis for your approval.
- 3First batch
The first production batch is released against the agreed specification with a certificate of analysis.
- 4Regular supply
Repeat batches run on a schedule; stock can be held in Türkiye, Italy or Spain for call-off.
