Automotive chemistry at SoleChem is spread across fluids, rubber, glass and surface treatment rather than concentrated in one product family. Coolant and antifreeze producers buy Mono Ethylene Glycol together with the corrosion inhibitors Benzotriazole and Tolytriazole and the bittering agent Denatonium Benzoate. Tire and hose compounders use the accelerators N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide (CBS) and Tertbutyl Benzothiazole Sulfenamide (TBBS).

Other regular items include Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) for laminated safety glass, Zinc Phosphate as an anticorrosion pigment in primers, Cerium Dioxide for glass polishing and catalyst applications, Carnauba Wax for car-care products and Diisodecyl Phthalate as a plasticizer for interior PVC.
