Food & Nutrition is SoleChem's largest sector, supplied under ISO 22000:2018 food safety certification. The range covers acidulants such as Citric Acid, Malic Acid and Lactic Acid, preservatives including Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate and Calcium Propionate, and hydrocolloids such as Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Pectin and Gellan Gum for texture and stability.

Sweetener producers and beverage plants buy Sucralose, Acesulfame K and Aspartame; meat and dairy processors buy phosphates such as Sodium Tripolyphosphate and Tricalcium Phosphate; flavor houses buy Monosodium Glutamate, I+G Ribonucleotide and colors such as Beta Carotene and Caramel Color.
