Sucralose is a white crystalline powder with formula C12H19Cl3O8 and molecular weight 397.64 g/mol. It has a density of 1.69 g/cm³, melting point 125°C, highly soluble in water (up to 280 g/L), and 600 times sweeter than sucrose. Odorless, stable, and produced by chlorinating sucrose.

Applications
