The patented physical process does not use any chemical modifications. Citri-Fi can be labeled as citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour. Used in food as thickener, stabilizer, and fat replacer in baked goods, sauces, and dairy; in cosmetics for texture enhancement; in pharmaceuticals as binder; in animal feed for nutrition; in packaging as barrier material.
Safety & Risks
The usual precautionary measure should be adhered; wear safety glasses with side shields (or goggles); this substance is registered under the REACH Regulation and is manufactured in and / or imported to the European Economic Area.
Packaging
Packaged in 20kg or 25kg multi-wall paper bags with moisture barrier; store in dry warehouses as per Cargill specifications for bulk shipment.
