Applications

Used in food and beverage products as a gelling, thickening and suspending agent in dairy alternatives, desserts, confectionery and beverages. Applied in pharmaceuticals for controlled release systems and oral liquids. Used in cosmetics for gel textures in skin care and personal care products.
