Fennel Extract is an anethole-dominant (50-80%) pale yellow oil or powder derived from Foeniculum vulgare fruits, soluble in lipids, and it carries galactagogue and expectorant volatiles for use in flavor concentrates, digestive bitters, cough syrups and feminine health supplements.
