Lecithin

Applications

Used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and dispersant in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. It improves solubility in instant foods and acts as a lipid source in nutritional formulations. In cosmetics, lecithin enhances skin hydration and emulsion stability.
