Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine 5'-Phosphate (CAS 447-05-2) is a white to off-white solid with formula C₈H₁₂NO₆P and molecular weight 249.16 g/mol. Density 1.628 g/cm³, melting point 210–211 °C; water-soluble phosphorylated form of Vitamin B6.

It is a direct metabolic precursor to pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP), the active coenzyme form of Vitamin B6, and is listed under Annex II of Directive 2002/46/EC and Regulation (EC) 1925/2006 as an authorised source of Vitamin B6 in food supplements and fortified foods.
