Alpha-GPC (L-Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a choline-containing phospholipid compound with formula C8H20NO6P and molecular weight 378.4 g/mol. It presents as a white to off-white waxy solid, melting point 142.5 °C, boiling point 480 °C at 101 325 Pa, and is highly water-soluble at 1000 g/L (25 °C).
