Rosemary Extract (CAS 84604-14-8) is a botanical antioxidant obtained from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves, supplied as a brown powder that contains carnosic acid at 5-60% together with rosmarinic acid, and it is used in food preservation, cosmetic skin protection and pharmaceutical applications.
