Fumaric Acid
Used as a food acidulant, resin intermediate, and stabilizer in unsaturated polyester resins. Also applied in pharmaceutical formulations for psoriasis and multiple sclerosis treatment.
Low toxicity; may cause irritation in dust form. Avoid direct contact and store in dry environments.
