Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (CAS 2893-78-9) is a chlorine-releasing sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid, supplied as a white crystalline powder that dissolves in water to release chlorine, and is used as a disinfectant in water treatment, swimming pools and hospitals, as a bleaching agent in textiles and paper, and in food sanitation.
