EDDHA Fe is a high-performance micronutrient fertilizer designed to provide available iron to plants in highly alkaline or calcareous soils. This Agricultural Grade dark red/black micro-granule is the most stable iron chelate available for high pH environments (up to pH 10).

The product contains 6% Chelated Iron, primarily in the “ortho-ortho” isomer form, which ensures long-term stability and rapid absorption. It is a critical Specialty Chemical for preventing and correcting iron chlorosis (yellowing of leaves) in high-value horticultural crops.

Our EDDHA Fe is fully water-soluble, making it suitable for fertigation, hydroponics, and soil injection. It maintains its structural integrity where other chelates like EDTA would fail, providing a reliable source of iron for optimal chlorophyll production and plant growth.

EDDHA Fe (Iron Chelate)

  • Fertigation: Injected into irrigation systems for fruit trees and vineyards to maintain healthy green foliage in alkaline soils.
  • Hydroponics: A key component in nutrient solutions to ensure iron availability across a wide range of reservoir pH levels.
  • Soil Application: Applied directly to the root zone of ornamental plants and alkaline-sensitive crops like citrus and berries.

Generally low risk. Avoid contact with eyes and skin to prevent staining and minor irritation. Use Protective Gloves and Safety Glasses. Hazard Classification: Non-Hazardous.
