Used as a fertiliser to supply essential nutrients to crops. Applied in water treatment processes and in chemical manufacturing. Used in food processing as a processing aid where permitted. Also utilised in fermentation, pharmaceuticals and laboratory applications.

Low toxicity but dust may irritate eyes and respiratory system. Use PPE and good ventilation during handling.

Supplied in 25 kilogram bags or bulk big bags. Store in dry conditions to prevent caking.
