Used in friction materials, high-temperature ceramics, and as a reinforcing filler in paints, plastics, and composites. It provides wear resistance and dimensional stability under thermal stress.

Non-toxic but may irritate respiratory passages if inhaled as fine dust. Use PPE and dust extraction during handling.

Supplied in 25 kg paper bags or fiber drums. Store in a dry, ventilated place, sealed against humidity and contamination.
