Calcium chloride is a white, hygroscopic crystalline compound with strong deliquescent properties. It is highly soluble and exothermic in water.
Calcium Chloride
Used for de-icing, dust control, and concrete acceleration. Also applied in refrigeration brines and food processing as a firming agent.
Irritating to skin and eyes; handle with gloves. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
Supplied in 25 kg bags, 500 kg big bags, or IBC tanks. Store in dry, ventilated conditions.
