Copper chloride (CuCl₂) is a greenish crystalline salt with high solubility and oxidizing capacity. It serves as an intermediate for chlorinated copper compounds and as a catalyst in organic reactions.

Copper Chloride

Used in petroleum cracking, polymerization catalysis, and metal surface treatments. Also employed in textile dyeing, pigment synthesis, and photoengraving solutions.

Corrosive and toxic if inhaled or ingested; reacts vigorously with metals and reducing agents. Use full protective equipment and local ventilation.

Supplied in 25 kg plastic-lined bags or drums. Store cool, dry, and tightly sealed, away from heat and organics.
