Fomesafen is a selective herbicidal active ingredient supplied in technical grade or formulated products for agricultural use. It provides effective control of broadleaf weeds and is valued for its residual activity and formulation stability.
Fomesafen
Used in pre emergence and post emergence herbicide formulations for crops such as soybean and groundnut. Applied to manage resistant broadleaf weeds in commercial farming systems. Used by agrochemical manufacturers in liquid and solid formulations.
Harmful if swallowed. May cause skin and eye irritation. Toxic to aquatic organisms. Operators must use PPE and follow regulatory handling and application instructions.
Supplied in 25 kilogram fibre drums or HDPE containers. Store in cool and dry conditions.
