Allura Red AC
Allura Red AC (C₁₈H₁₄N₂Na₂O₈S₂) is a bright, water-soluble synthetic azo dye used for red to orange color shades. It offers excellent heat and light stability and is widely regulated as a food and cosmetic colorant.
