Carbohydrazide is a white crystalline solid used as an oxygen scavenger and corrosion inhibitor. It decomposes cleanly to gases without residue.
Carbohydrazide
Used in boiler water treatment, polymerization catalysts, and photographic developing agents. It also acts as a stabilizer for peroxides and a component in rocket propellants.
Toxic by ingestion and skin absorption; use gloves, goggles, and ventilation.
Supplied in 25 kg PE-lined drums or bags. Store cool, dry, and away from oxidizing materials.
