Confidentiality Agreement

1. Parties and Definitions

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between SoleChem Kimya A.Ş. (“SoleChem” or the “Company”), located at Barbaros Mah. Ak Zambak Sok. UpHill Towers Sitesi No:3A İç Kapı No:63 Ataşehir, İstanbul, and all real or legal persons (“User”) who visit or in any way use the website https://solechem.com (“Site”).

Site: Refers to the website operating under the domain name https://solechem.com
User: Refers to any person who visits the Site, reviews its content, uses the contact forms, or benefits from any services provided through the Site.
Content: Refers to all types of texts, visuals, trademarks, logos, product information, technical data, catalogs, and all other materials available on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the User in relation to the use of the Site. By visiting and using the Site, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights to the “SoleChem” brand, logo, domain name, and all other commercial elements, as well as all content on the Site including but not limited to product information, technical drawings, catalogs, photographs, and texts belong to SoleChem.

The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, using for commercial purposes, or publishing any content on the Site on any other platform without written permission from SoleChem. Quotation of the content for personal use, provided that the source is cited, is an exception to this rule.

4. Obligations of the User

• The User will use the site only for lawful purposes.
• The User is prohibited from engaging in any software or activity that may harm the operation of the Site, prevent other users from benefiting from the Site, or place excessive load on the servers such as spam, viruses, or malicious software.
• The User declares and acknowledges that the information shared through the communication forms on the Site is accurate, up to date, and belongs to them. It is forbidden to submit information on behalf of another person or to provide incorrect information.

5.Limitation of SoleChem’s Liability

• SoleChem exercises maximum care to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on the Site, but does not guarantee that such information is complete or error free. Product specifications, technical data, and other information may be changed without prior notice. These details are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legal commitment by the Company.

• No information provided on the Site shall be interpreted as a guarantee regarding the suitability of a product for a particular application. Determining whether a product is suitable for a specific purpose is entirely the responsibility of the User.

6.Privacy Policy

The protection of users personal data is regulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698. Our policy regarding the personal data collected during the use of the Site is explained in detail on the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice pages available on our website. By using the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms set out in these documents.

7.Amendments to this Agreement

SoleChem reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use unilaterally at any time. Any amendments shall become effective as of the date they are published on the Site. By continuing to use the Site, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the interpretation and implementation of this Contract. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this Contract.

9.Commencement

These Terms of Use become effective upon their publication on the Site.
