Microcrystalline cellulose is a purified, partially depolymerized cellulose obtained from wood pulp. It is a white, odorless powder with compressibility and binding properties.

Microcrystalline Cellulose

Used as a binder, filler, and disintegrant in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. In food, it acts as an anti-caking and bulking agent. Also utilized in coatings and filtration.

Non-toxic and inert; handle under dry, ventilated conditions.

Supplied in 25 kg multiwall paper bags or fiber drums. Store cool, dry, and tightly sealed.
