Zinc Dibutyl Dithiocarbamate (ZDBC) is a premium Technical Grade ultra-accelerator designed for ultra-fast vulcanization of NR, SBR, and EPDM. Featuring 99% min purity, it provides exceptional aging resistance and prevents color degradation in white or translucent products.

As an organozinc compound, ZDBC is renowned for its non-staining and non-discoloring properties in high-clarity rubber formulations. It is particularly effective as a secondary accelerator for thiazoles or sulfenamides to boost overall curing efficiency.

This chemical is widely used in the production of latex dipped goods and adhesive systems due to its high solubility in organic solvents. It enhances the mechanical performance of rubber articles subjected to extreme environmental conditions.

Zinc Dibutyl Dithiocarbamate (ZDBC)
  • Latex Vulcanization: Acts as a primary accelerator in natural and synthetic latex dipping for gloves and medical balloons.
  • EPDM Compounding: Used to accelerate high-speed extrusion profiles and automotive weatherstripping.
  • Antioxidant Additive: Functions as a heat stabilizer in various polyolefin and adhesive applications.

Listed under Hazard Class 9 (Environmental Hazard). Toxic to aquatic life. Use Chemical Resistant Gloves and Protective Coveralls to prevent skin sensitization.
