Aluminum Hydroxide is a versatile amphoteric compound widely used as a non-halogenated flame retardant and a key pharmaceutical antacid. Our Industrial Grade features optimized particle size distribution for high filler loading in polymers.

In the plastics and rubber industries, it acts as a highly effective smoke suppressant, releasing water vapor at high temperatures to quench flames. Its high whiteness and chemical inertness also make it an ideal filler for artificial marble and coatings.

For the pharmaceutical sector, we provide a High-Purity Dried Gel grade that meets rigorous pharmacopoeia standards. This grade is valued for its acid-neutralizing capacity and stability in liquid and tablet medicinal formulations.

Aluminum Hydroxide
  • Flame Retardant Filler: Used in carpet backings, cable compounds, and wall coverings to provide eco-friendly fire protection.
  • Pharmaceutical Antacid: Formulated into stomach treatments and vaccines as an adjuvant or active neutralizing agent.
  • Glass & Ceramics: Utilized in the production of specialized glass and glazes to improve thermal resistance and durability.

Generally considered a Non-hazardous mineral powder. Prolonged inhalation of dust may cause lung irritation; use dust masks, safety goggles, and ensure proper ventilation in work areas.
