TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Dimorpholino Diethyl Ether (DMDEE) is a specialized amine catalyst designed specifically for one-component polyurethane systems. It provides exceptional stability in moisture-cured formulations, preventing premature reaction of NCO groups during storage in sealed containers.
As a blowing catalyst, DMDEE is highly effective in promoting the water-isocyanate reaction, which is essential for foam expansion. Its low-odor profile makes it a preferred choice for indoor construction sealants, adhesives, and pressurized aerosol foam cans.
This Technical Grade additive ensures consistent curing across various humidity levels without affecting the shelf life of the prepolymer. It is characterized by its high boiling point and low volatility, ensuring safety and performance in industrial manufacturing.

Considered a Skin Irritant and Serious Eye Irritant. Prolonged exposure may cause respiratory discomfort. Utilize PPE such as nitrile gloves, protective eyewear, and adequate ventilation to ensure safe handling.
