Diethylenetriamine (C₄H₁₃N₃) is a colorless, strongly alkaline liquid containing primary and secondary amine groups. It is a key intermediate in polymer, resin, and chelating agent production.
Diethylenetriamine
Used as a curing agent for epoxy resins, in corrosion inhibitors, fuel additives, and as a raw material for polyamide resins. Also used in textile softeners and water treatment formulations.
Corrosive; causes severe burns. Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes or skin. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Delivered in 200 kg drums or IBC tanks. Store in tightly closed containers away from acids, oxidizers, and moisture.
