Applications

Widely used in gas treatment for removing acidic gases such as CO₂ and H₂S in refinery and natural gas operations. It is also employed in detergents, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and surfactant intermediates. In cement grinding aids and textile finishing, MEA provides stabilization and dispersion control.

Corrosive and irritant; may cause burns to skin and eyes. Avoid contact with strong oxidizers and acids.

Packaging

Supplied in 200 kg HDPE drums or 1,000 L IBC tanks. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
