Propargyl Alcohol (CAS 107-19-7) is a clear, colorless liquid alcohol with a pungent odor and a reactive terminal alkyne group, supplied as an intermediate for corrosion inhibitors, agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, and as a reactive monomer and stabilizer in polymer chemistry. It is miscible with water, alcohol, and ether, and has high chemical reactivity in substitution and addition reactions.
