Potassium chloride is a colorless crystalline salt with a saline taste, readily soluble in water and glycerin. It provides a major potassium source for industrial and biological uses.
Potassium Chloride
Used in fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, and food fortification. In IV infusions, it restores electrolyte balance. Industrially, it’s employed in drilling fluids, metal treatment, and de-icing formulations.
Non-toxic and stable; avoid excessive ingestion or contact with strong acids.
