Dibasic Ester (DBE) is a high-efficiency Industrial Grade solvent mixture consisting of dimethyl adipate, dimethyl glutarate, and dimethyl succinate. Characterized by its low volatility and high boiling point, it serves as an eco-friendly alternative to aggressive chlorinated solvents.
This clear, colorless liquid possesses a mild, pleasant fruity odor and exceptional solvency for a wide range of resins and polymers. It is particularly effective in paint stripping, ink cleaning, and foundry core binder applications.
DBE is highly stable under normal conditions and offers a high flash point, significantly improving workplace safety compared to traditional volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is readily biodegradable, making it a sustainable choice for industrial cleaning.
