Dimethylaminopropylamine (C₅H₁₄N₂) is a clear, colorless, low-viscosity liquid combining primary and tertiary amine functions. It provides reactivity and compatibility with surfactant systems.
Dimethylaminopropylamine
Used in the synthesis of betaines, amidoamines, and surfactants for personal care and cleaning products. Also applied in polyurethane catalysts and epoxy curing systems.
Corrosive; causes severe burns and respiratory irritation. Avoid contact with acids and oxidants.
Delivered in 180–200 kg drums or IBC tanks. Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated conditions away from CO₂ and moisture.
