Ethylenediamine (C₂H₈N₂) is a colorless, alkaline liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It contains two primary amine groups, making it highly reactive in chemical synthesis.

Ethylenediamine

Used in chelating agents (EDTA), epoxy curing agents, corrosion inhibitors, and textile softeners. Also serves as a raw material for pharmaceuticals and surfactants.

Corrosive; causes burns and respiratory irritation. Avoid contact with acids and CO₂.

Delivered in 200 kg drums or IBC tanks. Store sealed, cool, and in ventilated conditions away from oxidants.
