Pentaerythritol Tetrakis is a high-performance Antioxidant 1010 grade sterically hindered phenol used to prevent oxidative degradation in various polymers. It offers exceptional thermal stability, ensuring that plastics maintain their mechanical integrity and color during high-temperature processing.
This stabilizer is available in a 98% purity powder or granular form, providing long-term heat resistance for polyolefins like PE and PP. Its high molecular weight prevents migration and volatility, making it ideal for applications requiring FDA-compliant food contact safety.
By inhibiting the formation of free radicals, it extends the service life of finished goods in the automotive and construction sectors. It is compatible with most organic substrates and is often blended with phosphite-based secondary antioxidants to achieve synergistic stabilization effects.
