Sodium Aluminosilicate is a versatile Food Grade and Cosmetic Grade synthetic mineral used primarily as an anti-caking agent. It appears as a fine white powder with exceptional moisture adsorption and flow-enhancement properties.
In food processing, it prevents the clumping of powdered ingredients, ensuring a consistent texture and ease of handling. It is approved as a safe additive (E554) for use in a wide variety of dry food products.
