Caustic soda beads (NaOH) are solid, hygroscopic pellets of sodium hydroxide with strong alkalinity. They dissolve exothermically in water to form highly caustic solutions used in numerous industries.

Caustic Soda Beads

Used in chemical manufacturing, pH adjustment, soap production, pulp and paper, and water treatment. It is also applied in biodiesel processing and surface cleaning formulations.

Corrosive to all tissues; causes severe burns on contact. Use full PPE and face protection. Avoid contact with acids, metals, and moisture.

Supplied in 25–50 kg HDPE-lined bags or drums. Store in dry, sealed conditions with segregation from acids and organic materials.
