Widely used as a lubricant in tablet manufacturing, capsules, and cosmetics. It improves powder flow and prevents sticking during compression. In plastics and rubber, it acts as a stabilizer.

Inert and non-toxic; excessive inhalation may cause minor respiratory irritation.

Supplied in 20–25 kg paper bags or fiber drums. Store in a cool, dry area.
