Konjac gum is a plant-based hydrocolloid known for its exceptional thickening and gelling functionality. Produced from purified konjac tuber, it delivers strong water-binding capability and is widely used across food, supplement, and pharmaceutical applications requiring clean-label performance.

Used in foods as a gelling/thickening agent and fat replacer for noodles, jellies, and low-calorie products; in dietary supplements for satiety and digestive support; in pharmaceuticals as a fibre-based active; in cosmetics for film-forming and moisturising properties; and in animal feed to support gut wellness and fullness.

GRAS and safe when properly used. Tablets must be taken with sufficient water to avoid choking hazards. Low toxicity; powder can irritate eyes and respiratory tract. Use standard PPE for handling.

Packed in 25 kg multi-wall bags with PE liners. Store cool and dry to maintain viscosity performance.
