Aerosil 200
Aerosil 200 is a high-purity, amorphous fumed silica manufactured by flame hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride. It has a specific surface area of approximately 200 m²/g and provides exceptional thickening, anti-settling, and flow-enhancing properties across a wide range of formulations.

It is used in coatings, inks, sealants, and adhesives for rheology control, and as a reinforcing agent in silicone rubber. In pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, it functions as a glidant and carrier for active ingredients.
Inhalation of airborne dust can cause respiratory irritation. Implement local exhaust ventilation and wear suitable respiratory protection. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, which reduces product performance.
Available in 10–20 kg multi-wall paper bags or FIBCs lined with PE; stored in dry, closed areas to prevent contamination.
