Citrus fiber is one example of a clean label ingredient that can provide multiple functional properties such as mouthfeel, emulsification, and/or gelling. The patented physical process does not use any chemical modifications. Citri-Fi can be labeled as citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour. Citrus wastes as sustainable materials for active and intelligent food packaging.

Used in food as thickener, stabilizer, and fat replacer in baked goods, sauces, and dairy; in cosmetics for texture enhancement; in pharmaceuticals as binder; in animal feed for nutrition; in packaging as barrier material.
The usual precautionary measure should be adhered; wear safety glasses with side shields (or goggles); this substance is registered under the REACH Regulation and is manufactured in and / or imported to the European Economic Area.
Packaged in 20kg or 25kg multi-wall paper bags with moisture barrier; store in dry warehouses as per Cargill specifications for bulk shipment.
