Coconut oil acid is a refined mixture of fatty acids derived from the hydrolysis of coconut oil, primarily containing lauric, myristic, and caprylic acids. It appears as a pale-yellow liquid or solid depending on temperature.

Coconut Oil Acid

Used in surfactants, soaps, and detergents for its excellent foaming and cleansing properties. In cosmetics, it functions as an emollient and natural antimicrobial component. Industrial applications include lubricants and ester production.

Non-toxic and biodegradable. May cause mild irritation in concentrated form; handle with gloves.

Supplied in 25–200 kg HDPE drums or IBC tanks. Store cool, dry, and sealed to prevent oxidation and rancidity.
