Inulin is a naturally occurring polysaccharide composed mainly of fructose units, extracted from chicory root. The 90–93% purity grade provides high dietary fiber content and excellent prebiotic functionality.

Used in food and nutraceuticals as a soluble fiber, fat replacer, and bulking agent. It enhances calcium absorption, improves gut microbiota, and supports blood sugar control. In cosmetics, it serves as a humectant and texture modifier.
Non-toxic and GRAS-certified; excessive intake may cause mild bloating. Avoid moisture to maintain powder flowability.
Supplied in 20–25 kg paper bags with inner PE liners. Store in a cool, dry place protected from humidity and direct sunlight.
