Gamma-tocopherol is a form of vitamin E with formula C28H48O2 and molecular weight 416.68 g/mol. It is a pale yellow oily liquid, density 0.95 g/cm³, boiling point 157°C at 0.1 mmHg, soluble in organics, insoluble in water; more potent antioxidant than alpha in some contexts, found in plant oils.
