Monochloroacetic Acid

Used as a key intermediate in carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), thioglycolic acid, and surfactant production. In pharmaceuticals, it serves in the synthesis of glycine and ibuprofen intermediates.

Highly corrosive and toxic; contact causes severe burns. Handle with PPE in controlled environments.

Delivered in 25 kg HDPE drums or 1,000 kg IBCs. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area away from bases.
