Wheat protein concentrate contains approximately 50 % protein by weight and is rich in glutamine and branched-chain amino acids. It is derived from wheat gluten via wet fractionation and drying.

20–25 kg bags or fiber drums with PE liners. Store cool, dry, and sealed.
