Butyl Diglycol Acetate (CAS 124-17-4) is an ester solvent with low volatility and a mild odor, supplied as a colourless liquid with a slight fruity smell, and it is used in industrial paints, cleaning formulations and printing inks, where it improves film formation and flow control in waterborne coating systems. It provides excellent coalescing and flow properties in coating systems.
