Aluminum Hydroxide (CAS 21645-51-2) is an amphoteric inorganic compound supplied as a white amorphous powder, valued as a non-halogenated flame retardant and smoke suppressant in polymers and rubber and as an acid-neutralizing antacid in pharmaceutical formulations.
