Methlacrylic Acid is a Technical Grade unsaturated monocarboxylic acid used as a versatile monomer in polymer science. It is a colorless, viscous liquid with a pungent, acrid odor and high chemical reactivity. The compound is essential for the production of Methacrylate Esters and specialty resins used in adhesives and coatings. It enhances the adhesion, hardness, and weatherability of final polymer products. This inhibited liquid is usually stabilized with MEHQ to prevent spontaneous polymerization during transport. It is a fundamental process chemical for the manufacturing of plexiglass, ion-exchange resins, and dental materials.

SoleChem, an ISO 9001:2015 certified chemical supplier based in Türkiye, delivers Methlacrylic Acid (CAS 79-41-4) to customers in more than 40 countries.
