Yellow Dextrine (CAS 9004-53-9) is a highly soluble modified starch made by dry roasting starch with an acid catalyst, supplied as a yellow powder that dissolves in cold water to form high-tack, fast-drying adhesive pastes for labeling, tube winding, foundry binders and mineral briquetting. It is distinguished by its yellow color and high tackiness when dissolved in water.
With its excellent Adhesive Strength and rapid drying time, it is the preferred choice for industrial labeling and tube winding applications. The product’s 90% Solubility in cold water allows for the formulation of high-solids adhesive pastes.
